The Coastal Calet's shall not be held liable for any loss of any kind whatsoever by guests, arising from any breach of these terms and conditions by the Coastal Chalets or from any negligence, misrepresentation or other act or omission on the part of the Coastal Chalets.
The Coastal Chalet's has no liability under any circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, for any special or consequential damages arising out of use of, or inability to use, this or any connected site even if advised of the possibility of damage. The Coastal Chalet's maximum liability to you for any damages, losses, costs and expenses under any cause of action is limited to the value of the Coastal Chalet's charge for any service or product booked by you via this website or associated web site.
All guests of Coastal Chalets (including PCBUs within the meaning of the HSWA) confirm that they have understood the risks and/or hazards associated with any activity that they engage in while at Coastal Chalets and that they will acquire the risk register from Coastal Chalet - Whangaroa accommodation in the event that they are not entirely aware of or comfortable with the risk controls that they, and Coastal Chalets, have put in place. All guests of Coastal Chalets (including PCBUs within the meaning of the HSWA) also confirm that they will consult with Coastal Chalets and advise of any risks, hazards, or circumstances that might give rise to a risk or hazard, that Coastal Chalets would not otherwise be aware of.
